Is there on site parking?
Please note that there is strictly only one allocated parking space per cabin or site. Parking outside of the park is now pay & display. Annual passes and information can be found at nationalparks.nsw.gov.au/passes-and-fees

Do you have a pool?
We have an unbelievable pool at our front door – a few steps and you’re on the beach and some of the best swimming and surfing in this part of the world.

How close are you to the Beach?
Very close. If we got any closer we would be underwater!

How close are you to Byron Bay?
Our park is situated 7 kilometres from the centre of Byron Bay, about a 10 minute drive.

Are fires permitted?
In accordance with the NSW rural fire service, fires are not permitted at the park.

Do you have internet access?
Yes we do. Free Wireless Internet is provided to our guests.

Do you have a playground?
Not inside the park, however there is a small playground out the front of the park.

Do you have a dump point?
Yes we do. Please see park map for location.

Are you pet friendly?
No we do not allow pets at Broken Head Holiday Park.

Do you have to pay for the showers?
Guests staying with us shower for free. Showers are for guests staying in the park only.

Is linen included?
Yes we provide linen in all of our Cabin and Beach Shacks accommodations.

How many people can stay in a room?
5 people maximum depending on the type of room and extra charges do apply. Call for more details.

Do you have a restaurant on site?
Yes, we have Aunties Café, proudly owned by Bundjalung of Byron Bay Aboriginal Corporation (Arakwal) RNTBC. Aunties Cafe serves a delicious menu inspired by local bushtucker, featuring ingredients like finger lime, bush tomato, lemon myrtle, wattle seeds, warrigal greens and many others. Start the day with an awesome brekky wrap with native greens, finger lime aioli and Aunties bush tomato chutney and a coffee.For lunch, try Aunties’ famous fish and chips with finger lime aioli, prawn roll with Aunties’ special sauce or the roo burger with native greens and Aunties’ bush tomato chutney. Their delicious menu has many GF and vegetarian options, plus awesome coffee, milkshakes, smoothies, salads and muffins. Overlooking beautiful Broken Head, Aunties Cafe is a great place to bring the family for breakfast or lunch. Open Wed-Sun 7am-2pm.

Where is the closest shop?
We have a convenience kiosk located on site. The closest supermarket is a short drive aprox 2 minutes, or a 20min stroll along the beach. See reception for directions.

Do you have BBQ’s?
Yes we have 2 BBQ areas available for guest use, a larger camp kitchen and smaller BBQ area.

Do you have a camp kitchen?
Yes we have a camp kitchen with a fridge, freezer hot water, microwave, BBQs and seating area.

What time is check in?
2pm for both sites and cabins/villas.

What time is check out?
Check out is at 10am

Check out is at 10am can I get a late departure?
Depending on availability late check outs can be arranged for a fee on the day of departure only..

What are your opening hours?
Office reception is open from 8am to 5pm everyday
We are open Christmas Day from 9am-11am, kiosk only, no check-ins on Christmas day.

What if we won’t be there to check-in before the reception closes?
We can arrange a late arrival for you not a problem, all fees must be paid in full to have a late arrival. Please contact reception on the day of arrival to let us know your arrival time.

Can you be under 18 to make a booking and/or stay at the Park without an accompanied adult?
You must be over the age of 18 to make a booking. You may accompany guests under the age of 18 as the responsible adult such as a parent, step-parent, guardian or other adult who has parental rights and responsibilities.
If You are under the age of 18 or any of Your guests are found to be under the age of 18 and not accompanied by a responsible adult, BHHP reserves the right to immediately cancel your booking and no refund will be provided.

Does the amenities block have a FOB key?
Yes, the amenities are accessed with a FOB key that is provided upon check-in to all guests staying on a campsite. There is a $20 refundable deposit charged for each FOB.
