So what artisan goodies can you find at the market? Literally everything from clothing, plants, food, soaps, candles, to toys, music, coffee, and more. We can safely say there is something for everyone. Brunswick Heads Market gives you a great opportunity to buy products from both local and international artists and producers.
If you get hungry with all that walking around, don’t worry, there are plenty of local food stalls, and cafes throughout the town. Additionally, it is very easy to park your car here as there are many free parking spots.
Brunswick Memorial Park
The market is located at Brunswick Memorial Park, a vivid riverfront recreation area. You can enjoy the view and take a break from shopping with a bite to eat from the food stalls or a coffee. There are grassy areas with two kids playgrounds and, if you want to make a day of it with a group of friends, you can visit Brunswick Beach and Torakina Beach, as well as hire kayaks, BBQ pontoons, and tinnies.
Twilight market
Soon after the Brunswick Heads Market, there will be a Twilight Market at the same place with 150 stalls for late Christmas shopping. It starts on 18 December and lasts from 3 pm to 10 pm. Bring the kids as there are carnival rides, Santa and a fireworks display. Unfortunately, there will be no food stalls, but you can pick up a Dagwood Dog or Fairy Floss.
